We have coordinated with Landry’s Norwood to offer a weekly Sunday morning trainer class.
- This is a weekly, progressive trainer class designed to build up fitness through January and February
- Begins January 12th – Last Class March 1st
- *FREE* to members.
- Doors open at 9, the ride starts promptly at 9:30 and ends at ~11.
- Bring your own trainer and towel.
Consider bringing along a friend who might be interested in joining or simply looking to get in a good trainer ride with a group.
